The Fall 2023 Employer Advisor Newsletter from Utah Workforce Services states that employers that signed up for electronic notices will be notified of their 2024 unemployment insurance (UI) tax rates electronically by mid-November. Paper copies of the 2024 UI tax rate notices will be mailed by the end of November. The newsletter also reminds employers that all UI tax filing and payments must be made online. In addition, the newsletter touches on how employers can prepare for a UI e-Audit and how to report retirement, severance or vacation pay for UI claimants.
