The Utah State Commission has released a revised version of Utah Informational Publication No. 14, 04/12/2023. The revised Publication contains new withholding tables, effective June 1, 2023, pursuant to legislation (L. 2023, H54) that reduced the state income tax rate from 4.85% to 4.65% (see Payroll Update, 03/27/2023). The revised withholding tables reflect the tax rate decrease.
