Bookkeeper Support Hours

Support requests received between 12:00 am and 4:00 pm MT will be replied to the same day.
Support requests received between 4:00 pm - 12:00 am MT will be replied to the next business day.
Support requests received on weekends and major holidays will be replied to the next business day.

Bookkeeper Support Requirements

1. The bookkeeper must be a member.
2. Bookkeeping support - The bookkeeper must complete the Accounting Fundamentals course and pass the Bookkeeping Certification exam.
3. Payroll support - The bookkeeper must complete the Payroll Fundamentals course and pass the Payroll Certification exam.
4. QuickBooks Online support - The bookkeeper must complete the QuickBooks Online Fundamentals course and pass the QuickBooks Online Certification exam.
